LifeThrive was born from a deeply personal truth: that we are meant to do more than simply survive the hardships life throws our way—we are meant to thrive. Our founder’s own experiences with adversity shaped the belief that healing, growth, and transformation are possible, even in the face of life’s most difficult moments. That philosophy became the heartbeat of LifeThrive: to help individuals not just survive, but truly Thrive.

We welcomed our first patient in Salem, IL on March 11, 2014. Later that year, we expanded to Vandalia, IL, and in 2015 introduced our biofeedback program. Over the next three years, we focused on building a reputation for compassionate, evidence-based care. In 2018, we added counseling staff to meet growing demand, and by November 2019, began planning our Mt. Vernon office to better serve patients commuting from that area.

Soon after, we launched Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services in Vandalia and Mt. Vernon. In fall 2020, we began development of our fourth location in Marion, IL, followed by the opening a virtual office to see patients throughout Illinois. TMS services were later added to Marion, further expanding our reach.

In 2024, LifeThrive broadened its scope of care by introducing speech therapy and autism testing, reinforcing our commitment to whole-person wellness. And in October 2025, we proudly opened our Carbondale, IL office, continuing our mission to serve Southern Illinois with accessible, integrative care.

Today, LifeThrive stands as a regional leader in mental health and wellness, offering services across Vandalia, Mt. Vernon, Marion, Carbondale, and beyond through Telehealth. Our guiding principle—providing a better way to care—is lived out daily by our passionate staff and experienced leadership team.
