Earnings will vary based on profession. The compensation details outlined below reflect pay structures for mental health counselors. While the benefits and pay structure options remain consistent across disciplines, the rate of pay will vary depending on licensure, degree level, and the specific profession—such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic care, or other integrative services. Final compensation for non-mental health roles will be discussed during the interview process, based on the provider’s scope of practice and contribution to our care model.

Fully Licensed Providers receive 50% of the reimbursement from insurance or patient payments. Master’s-Level Counselors Seeking Licensure receive 40% and have supervision toward licensure included to support their professional development.
